Like this vest better than the active skin 8!
I ran with the active skin 8 for a year, and it was starting to wear out. I also needed something with more room for ultras. I love the extra zipper pocket and wider mouth bottles. The vest seems a little lighter but I can’t be sure. Breathability is great as is the insulated sleeve for the bladder. The vest does sit a little lower on my torso than the 8. I like this better as it seems to reduce bounce. It is a little tricky drinking while running rugged trails as I have to bend my head down a bit further. Not a deal breaker, just had to get used to being a little extra careful.
